But even sadder is the fact that I forgot what was in this luscious casserole. Nathan and I really wanted to make it again and I was going to tell you all about it. All I know now is that it contained spinach, ham, chicken, rice, 3 kinds of cheese, and who knows what else.

It was tasty...but what was it?
Here's the problem with making up recipes as you go. If you don't record the ingredients IMMEDIATELY, it's too late. I had grand intentions of blogging about this cucumber salad that I finally tried making back when cucumbers kept arriving on my doorstep. It was oddly appealing while I was pregnant, until one day when it suddenly wasn't. :P

But even sadder is the fact that I forgot what was in this luscious casserole. Nathan and I really wanted to make it again and I was going to tell you all about it. All I know now is that it contained spinach, ham, chicken, rice, 3 kinds of cheese, and who knows what else.

Oh so sad! :( They both do look very yummy!! XOXO
I have the same problem with writing down recipes that I make up. Even when I write them down, sometimes they don't taste as good the second time.
