I do have real goals for 2011, although I had fun with yesterday's post and appreciate all the comments.
1. Eat beans at least once a week. I like beans. Nathan doesn't. I hate cooking two separate dinners. This means I don't eat them very often. I'm going to try adding beans to my portion of the meal or just eat them for lunches.
2. Eat fruit every single day. I've really been slacking at this. I'm going to try new fruits this year. My fruit intake may be fresh, frozen, canned, or dried - as long as I do it.
Finally, a quick shout-out to a fellow blogger whose goal is to make a new kind of pizza every week. She's much more adventurous than I would be with pizza. Follow her new blog with me!

Thanks for the shout out! I like your goals for the new year - I like beans, but I always forget I do so I don't eat them nearly as much as I should! Good luck!
