Tuesday morning I made tea scones, using more of the currants I purchased previously. I saved one for Nathan and took the rest to work.

"Two thumbs up" and "light and flaky" - per my coworkers.

This morning I made peanut-butter-jelly twists.

Fun, but not impressive enough to justify the work. I'd rather just make a normal PBJ. Nathan likes them dunked in milk.

I also made a second batch of my whole wheat bread for my in-laws, who are driving to Idaho for a couple of days. They are fans of it!
