One day...

...about 8 years ago, I walked into one of my favorite thrift stores in Hemet and saw a set of dishes that I liked. It had three sizes of plates and two sizes of bowls, four each, and plastic cups that happened to be the same color. Since I planned on moving out on my own sometime soon, I bought them at some ridiculously low price.

Of course I now have more plates (the ones Grandma used in their desert cabin), bowls, cups, and glass glasses (yuck), but I still like my original set. I want to get more place settings, but there is no identifying information on the set. No brand name, number, anything.

Every time I walk into a thrift store though, I make sure to visit the aisle with all the plates and look at every single one. Even though Nathan thinks I'm crazy, I'm convinced that one day I will find more of them! They landed in a thrift store once and it has to happen again.
