Watermelon jello!

Thanks to the Internet, I found the idea to scoop out half a watermelon and then make watermelon flavored jello in it, and it sounded so visually appealing! Unfortunately I bought the watermelon thinking I was having company for dinner, so they could help eat the watermelon and the jello, and it fell through. Considering I only like the two bites from the center of a watermelon.... Nathan had to eat a LOT of watermelon.
