Stuffing / Dressing

I made my own stuffing from scratch! I've never made it before and it was so yummy I think I will make it a few more times before my herbs give up the ghost for winter. Here's what was in it:

Sautéed:
Butter (not margarine)
Rosemary and sage, fresh from the garden
Celery salt
Garlic powder
Oregano
Pecans
Apples
Celery

Tossed with:
Bread cubes, lightly toasted

Moistened with:
Chicken broth, homemade and retrieved from the freezer


We had it for dinner along with roast beef, mashed potatoes, and butternut squash. I love when I make scrumptious dinners! :)

I miss you. I am nervous about tomorrow, but I had a long and emotional talk with the man upstairs. I feel much better now.
