Cheddar rolls

Our friends invited us over for ham dinner and I offered to bring rolls. I was running low on eggs and didn't want to use flax seed, so I searched the internet for rolls without eggs. Then I saw recipes for cheese rolls, so I started looking for recipes without eggs with cheese. I ran across a new recipe blog with a delectable looking recipe for cheddar pan rolls.

Let me just tell you, you MUST make these. You will love them. They cook smushed next to each other so the sides are soft, you don't have to knead them but just stir up by hand, and they taste soooooooooooo good. Nathan and I ate half a pan before we even got to our friends' house and they all loved them too. There's a pretty picture on the recipe blog so I didn't bother to stop eating to take a picture. :-)

I could smell them over the phone as you ate them in front of me. :) I will definitely try them. Thanks for sharing!

With that kind of review from you, I am definitely adding them to my 'to-try' list.

We're having soup tonight and they would go great with soup, but I already pulled some rolls out of the freezer that we need to use up. Oh well, I'll remember them for next time I make soup or something yummy they'll go with . . .

Oh man, this sounds so good. What's better than cheese and bread?
