Christmas cookie plan

I was resting and needed something to read, so I decided to read my Gooseberry Patch Christmas Cookies cookbook and plan what to make this year. I'll also make some healthy cookies, but here is my plan of unhealthy cookies (some of which might get altered to be healthier).

Health Nut Cookies (dates, nuts, raisins, and more)
Moravian Spice Crisps (have white pepper in addition to the normal spices)
Caramel Apple Cookies (shredded apples in them, delightful frosting)
Applesauce Spice Bars
Pineapple Bars (pineapple, coconut, walnuts)
Trail Mix Cookies (with wheat germ, raisins, coconut)
Blonde Brownies (with coconut)

Just the names sound good, don't they? Yum! I just need a good butter sale in the next couple of months.

These are the UN-healthy ones? They sound pretty healthy compared to my chocolate chocolate chip cookies! Happy baking!!

I agree - those are the un-healthy ones? I'm interested to know what you consider a healthy cookie . . . probably not the ones we make at our house.
