This month I'm joining in with the day in my life thing sponsored by
50's housewife. It's supposed to be
"A Housewife's Life" but she said those who aren't full-time homemakers could participate. I decided to mostly use photos. When I was young, I babysat for someone who had only two clocks in the house - one in the master bedroom and the one on the stove. I hated having to walk to the stove to see what time it was. I vowed I would have more clocks when I grew up and as you can see from the photos, I have plenty!

Started dishes and continued packing food as it cooled.
Finished!
Checked some websites, talked and prayed with Nathan, and thought I was going to bed.
I was so worried about my old fridge cooling and freezing everything that I plopped down on the floor and started cleaning out gunk from the coils. I really need to do a thorough job soon.
Finally, in bed.

I have lots of clocks in my house too. Mostly because I rarely wear a watch. :)

Just stopping by as a fellow participant :) I have a lot of clocks too and never wear a watch. I always start cooking to store in the freezer but I never keep up with it. You just reminded me that I should :) It makes life so much easier!!
I am always amazed at how much moms who are not at home all day can get done!
I would NEVER survive with only 2 clocks in the house. I couldn't live without my cell phone and the clock in my car! Those are probably the two I check most!
P.S. Have you ever had brownies and onion dip? Chocolate and onions are my two very favorite foods. I have always had a wish to try a chocolate-dipped-onion ring recipe, but I can't find anybody to share it with.
