Last week I made honey oatmeal bread. It was pretty darned healthy, with no white flour or sugar. It turned out a bit heavy, but that was my fault. It tasted fine. I gave one loaf to my turkey-raising coworker, and took the other to a talent show!

Yeah, so we had a talent show at church. There was a display table and I decided my talent was baking. I brought the honey oatmeal bread, my normal whole wheat bread, and chocolate chip cookies. I also made a sign with pictures of things I've baked recently. Nathan was very creative in arranging the bread slices.

My SIL enjoyed the bread and cookies.

What a great idea for sharing your amazing talent. Wish I could have seen (and tasted it), but I'm sure my family took more than their share!
