Bartering
I'm so excited! My coworker raises his own turkeys, and we've worked out a little trade. He will raise a turkey for us, and kill, pluck, and clean it when we're ready. In exchange, I'll bake him fresh bread for a number of weeks. I think it's a fantastic idea, although it seemed funny at first. For him, raising one more turkey isn't a big deal. For me, baking a little extra bread is easy. He assures me the turkey will taste delicious. :)

What a deal! I have never heard of bartering for someone to raise a turkey for you, but what a good idea - you both benefit.
