Another non-precise recipe!

Made this the other night, loosely based on a recipe. Yummy!

Bake a pan of cornbread. Cut it into 1-2" cubes. Use them to mostly cover the bottom of a baking dish.

Mix together and pour over the top:
Diced cooked chicken
Black beans
Chicken gravy or cream of chicken soup
Sour cream
Corn
Diced canned tomatoes
Green chiles
Assorted spices (cumin, garlic, cayenne powder, red pepper flakes, salt, oregano, in my case)

Grate a little cheese on top. Bake it until it's hot at 325-350 degrees.
