Mmm mmm mmm dinner turned out well! The perfect thing for a cool, rainy day such as today. It may not sound good but it's warm, flavorful, and easy.
9 x 13 dish
1 can corned beef, broken up
1 can creamed corn
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
5 medium potatoes, diced
milk and powdered cheese sauce (food storage), enough to make a medium-thin sauce
celery seed
seasoned salt
Mix it all together and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, until potatoes are tender (approx 90 minutes).

WOW, that sounds yummy. I don't know how you find the time to throw these things together. But, I am sure if my kitchen wasn't the size of a cracker box,I would so cook. Let's not joke now, I still wouldn't... LOL!
