Sourdough rye bread

Yesterday I made sourdough rye bread. It was yummy!

My coworkers tasted this batch, and here are some of their comments.

"Cherish – you’re just missing the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing……otherwise FANTASTIC!!!"

"I loved the bread. You managed to get the rye flavor in without making it overpowering."

"Very Good!!!! I especially like how the rye is not very strong and it comes almost as an aftertaste. It is a nice accent on the bread that way it doesn’t overpower the good old-fashioned taste of the bread."

"I think you should open a bakery, this is yummy stuff."
