Food storage inventory

For some odd reason, I had a burning desire earlier this week to inventory my food storage. I'm really happy with it, having just recently canned a lot of food and purchased a lot on sale. It helped me to know what I'm lacking. Also, it's cool that I know how to use everything in my food storage except for the powdered eggs. I make my own bread. I grind my own flour and never buy canned beans. My food storage is all used on a regular basis, so if I'm ever forced to live exclusively from what's in my house, it won't be much of a shock.

If you have no desire to read the inventory, I'm okay with that, but here you go!

A final thank you to everyone who has helped by sharing some of their food storage, giving me home-canned stuff, teaching me how to can, or not thinking I'm insane when I spend hours canning.

OK, so that's a really huge variety of stuff, I'm impressed, but you should really stock up on more cranberry sauce. Seriously, when you're in an emergency, what else would you want? :)

Yes Jamie is right, cranberry sauce! :)
So can you share your vegan white sauce? I am never quite satisfied with the ones I have found! :)
I hate to can alone and so I have not done any this year, want to come over? :)

Now, that is a long list. You have more bulk than my parent's do and they have been working on their food storage for a while. Have you tried Whole foods for your bulk needs?

Just a thought..

Miss ya,
Michelle

Since you've got the pasta attachment, you might as well have the durum wheat. OK?
