Canning 2012

So far in 2012, I've canned:

Lavender syrup - 5 pints
Lemon-mint syrup - 5 pints
Rhubarb-raspberry jam - 3 pints
Spiced apricot sauce - 9 pints, 1 quart
Peach slices - 14 quarts
Peach salsa - I already forgot!  I think 5 1/2 pints?
Butterscotch peach jam - 7 pints
Nutmeg peach sauce - 6 quarts

Frozen:
A lot of bananas (I think two ice cream buckets worth?)
One ice cream bucket tart cherries
One ice cream bucket bing cherries
One ice cream bucket strawberries
(We've been enjoying "squished fruit" - frozen fruit put through the Champion juicer with the solid screen in - like ice cream)
